Athenian Riviera Beach front apartment 2 minutes from Tram stop

A large 3 bed 5th floor apartment near the front of Belem. Well placed. Sitting room/kitchen, bathroom wardrobe space. Balcony but with no view. TV, WiFi, easy to operate. Large fridge freezer Comfortable beds spacious rooms dining table, plates and cups cooking facilities operated well. Lots of hot water. A quiet location. Comprehensive written guide.

Minimal kitchen equipment. No microwave, some light bulbs missing. Balcony overlooking a building site. One wineglass. Bathroom a sqeeze but included washing machine that worked well. No toaster. After a few days the entry system for the front door stopped working meaning that we had to go down 5 floors to let people in who had to call by phone. Called admin but they could do nothing owing to holiday. We were there for 10 days but any longer would have been difficult

It was very clean and spacious. We had two problems and they came immediately and resolved the issue. Great service Very convenient super market close. Pharmacy steps away and coffee and bakery very close by.

No air conditioning in two bedrooms but it had fan and was fine
