A stylish 75 Sq.m apartment renovated in 2023 next to the beach and tram stop. Discover real Athens and its riviera, in one day.Enjoy privacy, in a calm neighbourhood and easy access to the beach, tram or bus within 2 minutes walking distance. Athens centre is 20 min by bus. Marina Flisvos and its park, Planetarium, New Opera, Nautical museum are within few minutes . Experience the public or private beach from May to November. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 WC 1 living room, 1 kitchen, Wi-Fi,Air condintion

The house is next to Athens center (5km), ideally situated between Athens historical center and Piraeus port.
You can swim in the nearby beach from May to October.
You can choose between public or private beach , where you can rent umbrellas or chairs
Alimos marina where the majority of sailing tours depart, is only 2 km away.
The apartment is at high floor but has access by elevator
1 bedroom with high quality double bed and Air condition
1 bedroom with single bed and ceiling fan
1 bedroom with single bed , ceiling fan and small balcony
1 living room air condition
1 bathroom with washing machine
1 kitchen with indoor dining area
1 small veranda

The entire apartment and its amenities are at your exclusive use.
There is no key box
Late check in fee for arrivals between 21.00 - 00.00
You need to inform us about your exact arrival check in time at least 24 hours in advance.
There are 2 options to reach the apartment.
1) Send us your flight / ferry details and we will arrange a private transfer (extra cost).
2) Arriving by yourself and meet you at the apartment.
This option is available for arrivals within the apartment's check in timetable
Smoking is allowed ONLY outdoors at the Veranda.
According to the LAW for short term rentals and our house rules , regardless length of stay , we offer you 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 shampoo, 1 soap for body and 1 for dishes
Boiler in Greece are electric , so we always wait for at least 20 minutes in order to have water
But this property has sun heated boiler as well

It was a pleasure renting and living in this apartment! Everything is working like intended, its only 7 mins fron the next train station that brings you directly to athens center in 30 mins. The clean and sandy beach is literally 2 minutes away. We missed nothing. Great time!
