דירה יפה ונקיה ומאובזרת טוב יש חניה זמינה כל הזמן מארחים נעימים ואנושיים וכן זמינים כשיש צורך
הדירה ממוקמת בצמוד לאתר בניה וכל הזמן רעש ממש מציק נאלצנו לקום ממש מוקדם בגלל זה ובכלל בכל היום. המרפסת היתה ממש לא נקייה לא היה נחמד להדליק שם חנוכיה ובכלל לשבת שם. בין חסרים שמיכות חורף וזה היה בימים ממש קרים. חבל שאין מענה בערב אם יש צורך דחוף

הדירה נקייה, מאובזרת ועם תשומת לב לפרטים הקטנים כמו קפסולות למדיח, למכונת קפה ולמכונת כביסה. הכל היה נוח ונעים
היה חסר לנו מנורות קריאה בחדר שינה. או שיש אור חזק מאוד או שחשוך וחסר אור עמום לקריאה

דירה חמודה מאוד נקיה 2 חדרי שינה קטנים ובסלון ספה זוגית נפתחת ניכר שהדירה חדשה פונה לכיוון צפון עם מרפסת קטנה וחמודה חניה פרטית בבניין עם מעלית עד הדירה (קומה שביעית דירה 33) יתרון נוסף הוא המכולת שמתחת לבניין שמאוד שימושי
החסרון היחיד שלה הוא הרעש מאתר הבניה שמתחתיו שקצת מעיב בשעות הבוקר
