Perfectly located, modern, and impeccably clean. The apartment was spotless and spacious, comfortably accommodating a group of 10. Its location is ideal—close to the Colosseum, the Vatican, and many other attractions. The metro is about a 15-minute walk away, the neighborhood feels safe, and the airport (FCO) is just a 30-minute ride.

Thanks host that provided us leaving our luggage before check in time and they prepared the apartment sooner than check in time that helped us a lot! Great apartment, equipped kitchen and salon with a big TV! Several big rooms with heating systems and air conditioners. Recommended for the families and friends!

Świetna lokalizacja, pomocni gospodarze (bezproblemowy kontakt i natychmiastowe rozwiązanie problemu). Apartament przestronny, wygodny i wyposażony.
Wymaga malowania, drobnych napraw i regulacji okien, które źle się otwierają i zamykają. Mógłby być lepiej posprzątany (szczególnie podłoga).

Atrašanās vieta atbilstoši cenai. Līdz metro 7min pastaiga. Piemērots lielai kompānijai, ja nav augstu prasību attiecībā uz ērtībām.
Dzīvoklī nestrādāja viena no WC, podā nevarēja nolaist ūdeni. Decembrī tur bija auksti, apsildīšana caur AC, kurš nestrādāja visās istabās, nebija iespējams regulēt temperatūru, piemēram, ēdamzonā. Iesaku ziemas sezonā ņemt līdzi siltās zeķes, jo tiešām ir auksti, grīda jo sevišķi. Nav arī siltu segu. Eelektrības traucējumi sākumā īslaicīgi. Bēdīga pieredze ar to, ka vienā naktī pazuda elektrība visā ēkā pavisam uz 10-12h, līdz ar to ne apkure, ne siltais ūdens, ne wifi, ne iespēja uzladēt ierīces. Saimnieka komunikācija vāja - nepiekrita kompensācijai. Iesaku ņemt vērā! Ar maziem bērniem neiesaku riskēt.
