MARCANTONIO HOME ROME - Colosseum - Viale Manzoni 39-41

The property was very clean, a walk to the Colosseum, and convenient to the station, the metro, and other public transportation. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the staff was responsive and friendly whenever we reached out. Also, great AC which was absolutely crucial given the blistering July heat in Rome. Overall, great value for the price.

The TV doesn't work, eviction is at exactly 11, if you don't make it in time you'll just be kicked out.

The location was very close to the metro line

- We asked for extra linen to make up a bed that was needed for my 4 year old and the host refused. This made our stay uncomfortable. I noticed the linen was locked in a cupboard so I don’t know why it wasn’t accessible… it’s not like we’re going to misuse it - the bathroom door doesn’t close properly so there isn’t a lot of privacy - there are a lot of signs all around the apartment telling you not to make any noise, and you’re not allowed to talk aloud between 11pm-7am - when we went to drop our luggage earlier (which you have to pay for) I quoted the name of the property as it is on booking.com and the lady in the flat just said we had the wrong place and closed the door on us - we got a weird message at the end of our stay trying to pressure us to give 10/10 on the review
