Excelente localização. Não é no centro histórico mas é ao lado da estação de comboios e autocarros. Facilmente se conhece a pé a partir do apartamento. Ar condicionados foram uma mais valia nesta vaga de calor. Decoração moderna. Colchões confortáveis. Frigorífico grande. Cozinha equipada com máquina de café, chaleira, louças e máquina de lavar roupa e louça. Quartos enormes.
Uma das casas de banho não tinha água quente e outra tinha um mau cheiro constante. Os quartos só têm cortinados finos e por isso, por volta das 6/7h da manhã já não é possível descansar sem luz.

L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter Romes ,pas très loin de la gare ferroviaire ( environ 1km) ainsi qu'une supérette, et en bas de l'immeuble il y a des restaurants et bars ainsi que des magasins de souvenirs . L'appartement dispose de 4 chambres et 2 salles de bain . Arrêt de bus à proximité.
Les volets ne ferment pas car les blocs de climatisation sont posés trop haut au niveau de la fenêtre ,donc impossible. Nous n'avons pas eu de pressions dans les douches ,ni d'eau chaude (signalé à deux reprises,un technicien est venu mais rien a été fait) . Dans la 4ème chambre ,c'est un canapé qui fait office de lit (non convertible) et un morceau en fer en resort au niveau du dos . Le bidet était bouché dans l'une des salles de bain.
