The hotel was exceptional! They thought of everything and took care of every detail to ensure that guests felt comfortable, enjoyed their stay and felt at home. The staff were kind and helpful. They also made skiing very convenient: the storage of ski equipment, changing facilities, and transportation to and from the ski slopes were all excellently organized. The wellness area was outstanding: a lake pool, outdoor jacuzzis, indoor pools, steam baths, and more. The selection at breakfast, lunch, and dinner was of very high quality as well: special cheeses, fruits, fruit juices, salads, pastries, desserts, and more.

Heinz im Service natürlich. Das Spa und die Aufgüsse mi Alain. Die Gäste, die das Hotel empfangen darf. Eigentlich alles. Sehr feiner Aufenthalt.
Manches ausländische Personal. 1 Person, die mit seinen Landsleuten minutenlang am Tisch spricht und mir dann sagt ich soll warten 🤓🤷‍♀️ein paar mal passiert. Sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig
