La colazione era molta eccellente e la location stupenda.

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, wie alle Mahlzeiten vor Ort hervorragend sind. Die Wirtsleute machen den Aufenthalt zu einem Genuß, den wir gerne weiter empfehlen.

Geräumige, helle Wohnung, Küche und Bad gut ausgestattet, viele Ablageflächen, Kästen und Laden, in denen man alles gut unterbringen kann. Sehr zentrale Lage gleich neben der Talstation des Panorama-Lifts, fast direkt am See. Nach Liftschluss um 16.00 wird es vollkommen ruhig. Die Lage im Erdgeschoss wirkt wie eine natürliche Klimaanlage und sorgt für ein angenehmes Raumklima. Eine gut sortierte Bäckerei/Café ist fußläufig zu ereichen. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich und entegegenkommend. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Touren und Spaziergänge.

The check-in process was quick and they offered me the option to have dinner just before the restaurant closing, a relief after the long travel. The bathroom is renovated and clean.

Room has old stains from 20 years ago, on carpet and chairs. The bed sheet had 3 separate holes in it! Bed frame squeaked every time I moved. The breakfast was poor, with limited options of not-so-great products. But the strangest experience starts after taking my seat and bringing my breakfast to the table. The owner approaches me with an "extra menu" for breakfast, with eggs, pancakes, and similar food which you expect at any breakfast buffet, each costing 5-9€. After I decided not to order anything extra, she tells me not to look at the prices, that those prices are not for me (why have you given me the pricelist then, could've been a menu without prices?). At the checkout, 15 minutes later, she asks me how I want to pay the remaining costs (last night's dinner and tourist tax, totalling 27€), and then reacts offended when I choose to pay by card. Started explaining how she will have extra card fees, and is visibly shocked when I told her I paid tourist tax in the last 5 hotels in Austria without anyone batting an eye. Declined my offer to charge me extra for the card fee. I paid 126€ for a night in filthy room, you wanted to upsell me eggs for breakfast, and then complain to me about card transaction fee?!
