Very nice ski holiday

We loved every moment of our stay. Everything was just perfect for our ski and spa holiday. The room was big, clean and confortable. Splendid view toward the mountain. The staff were super nice! Cleaning the room and changing towels every second day. Good breakfast, not very many options but good quality. Location is very close to the ski slopes and the spa (Römerbad), like 10 min walk. The ski bus passes close to the hotel and goes to all the slopes (if one prefers the slopes that are further). Very good value for money, we would definitely return.

It's not a feature of the hotel, but more of the resort. There are not many restaurants and the schedules are pretty weird (some close early, some are closed Tuesdays to Thursdays), so it's better to plan and reserve in advance for dinner.

- really nice and helpful staff - clean - enough space everywhere: rooms big enough, lobby spacious for playing cards during evenings with friends, breakfast room big enough for everyone, etc. - dedicated room for ski equipment

Exceptional

We travelled as a group of 4 families with 5 children. The hosts were wonderful - they were very friendly, responded promptly to our requests as well as supported us with recommendations regarding ski options and hiking opportunities. We really felt like home - definitely we will come back here again (there is a great location also in the summer - a lot of lakes and hiking trails).

Place with a lot of potential, it's a pity for the management

The view and the breakfast room. Newly restored bathroom.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and they never changed the sheets. The used and wet shower mat almost always wasn't changed, but put on the shower box to dry. They didn't put shower gels when making the room, so I have been obliged to ask for: so, after asking, I have to say they gave us a lot (at one go for all the period!). But you shouldn't have to ask! Insufficient daily cleaning of the room Old forniture needs renovation. Old and dirt fitted carpet. For anticovid protection devices only one little gel bottle at the reception; no one at the breakfast buffet or breakfast rooms.

Hotel położony na zboczu w odległości około 5 minut od term Romerbad i gondoli na Kaiserburg. Bezpośrednio pod hotelem przystanek Skibusa. Pokoje czyste i nie zniszczone, ze sporym balkonem. Czystość bez zarzutu. Wyposażenie adekwatne do standardu i ceny. Śniadanie niezbyt urozmaicone, ale wszystko świeże i dobrej jakości. Panie z obsługi miłe i pomocne.

Alles da was man braucht!

Das Hotel ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber ich war total zufrieden. Extrem freundliches Personal, tolles kleines Frühstück, sehr nettes Einzelzimmer mit Balkon. Für meine Bedürfnisse bei diesem Aufenthalt absolut passend.

Eigentlich war wirklich alles gut. Das einzige, was man vielleicht bemängeln kann, ist, dass die Fenster, bzw. eigentlich die Balkontüre nicht ganz schalldicht sind und man gaaaaanz leise die Autos auf der Straße hört. Aber das ist wirklich Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Fruehstueckshotel in guter Lage. Die Zimmer sind mit Balkon ausgestattet. Sauberkeit ist 1a. Das Fruestueck ist vielseitig und voellig ausreichend. Der Gastgeber ist aueserst freundlich und fuer evtl. Anliegen immer ansprechbar, zb. Tips fuer Wanderungen und Ausfluege in die Berge. Die incl. Kaerntencard ist dabei eine besonders gute Hilfe.

Das Bett hatte sich in der ersten Nacht tiefer gelegt,konnte ich aber selbst beheben. Mueste aber generell behoben werden. Ansonsten nichts zu Beanstanden !!
