Location and that the beds and towels feel like they was really clean
Missing some basic stuff like some detergent for the dishes, a few capsule of coffee, some pepper/salt or olive oil. Missing places in a shower where to put a soap. Small details like that.

Quiet and spacious.
There was a strong fried fish smell upon entering the unit, but it didn’t affect the sleeping areas. The smell lasted the duration of our stay, but I would expect it to resolve over time.

La posizione centrale ma non troppo ha reso il soggiorno tranquillo
I tappi dei lavandini non bisognava chiuderli perché se no si bloccavano e non scendeva più L acqua, la luce delle scale del nostro pianerottolo non funzionava, e al termine del soggiorno abbiamo dovuto buttare la spazzatura nei cassonetti in strada senza.
