Casa accogliente, ristrutturata e arredata con gusto. Dotata di due bagni, quindi ideale per il soggiorno di quattro o più persone. Silenziosa perché le camere affacciano su una corte interna, fresca anche senza avere necessità di condizionatore, se non per poche ore. Anche la posizione si è rivelata molto comoda per raggiungere il pieno centro a piedi in pochi minuti.
Le scale per raggiungere l'appartamento sono tipiche dei centri storici, quindi molto ripide, questo dovrebbe essere specificato in anticipo perché non somo accessibili a tutti. . La fornitura di stoviglie e posate potrebbe essere rinnovata, almeno nella parte riguardante il breakfast, e considerare la dotazione di tovagliette e asciugapiatti, nonché di nuovi cuscini per le sedie. Gli accessori del bagno devono essere fissati.
