Au 38, Charme et Confort dans notre T2 à Epernay

Het appartement was ideaal gelegen voor een bezoek aan de Champagnestreek. De buurt was rustig maar toch overal dichtbij, en er was voldoende parkeerplaats. Het appartement was ruim genoeg voor twee personen, gezellig ingericht en proper.

De afvoer van de douche liep slecht door, waardoor je na enkele minuten met je voeten in het water stond.

Great location and very spacious property. The kitchen was well appointed although the microwave didn’t work. The bed was very comfy and a good size. There is parking outside which you have to pay for but is cheap and can be done on an app

Our arrival and departure where contactless which led to a few issues with getting into the property as the details on how to get the keys didn’t have the photos attached to them so it was a struggle. There was nothing inside the building to advise what flat to go to. We had an issue with the heating as the air con units were on but there was nothing inside remote control to be able to adjust the temperature. An hour of messages backwards and forwards to the host did not resolve the issue. We ended up being cold. Had we been met on arrival, this information could have been shared with us. The wardrobe was unusable as it was full to the brim with spare duvets and pillows. There was no floor mat for the shower.
