very convenient location with wonderful shops and restaurants. The apartment was also very quiet and we appreciated the fact that there was a fan. We would have preferred two fans since there were two rooms but only one fan on the hottest week in France. I know its not a norm, but it's ok to have that extra fan in the closet just in case. The kitchen had all the right tools which we loved using for lunches and dinners.
There were a couple of items that could have either been removed or cleaned before we arrived. The rug was stained and made the room seem unclean, eventhough the room was clean. Probably best to remove it and not lower the vibe. The fact that the shower is in the primary room, it would have been great if there were extra 'soaker' towels to capture the water that comes out of the shower. It made it difficult to step out of the shower and not slip. The rest of the house was great.

Fabulous little apt, on a quiet street, close to the heart of Epernay. It's owned by a small champagne producer, so we also purchased the 3 bottles that were already chilling in the wine fridge. Would definitely stay again.

Great overall stay. Super central location, very modern, clean, well stocked (incl washing machine), smart tv (in case needed), smooth and friendly communication and easy self check-in. A stocked champagne fridge for a decently priced bottle of champagne was a nice touch. Easy (paid) street or car park parking in front or around the corner. Great and price quality mix. Would highly recommend.
Nitpicking to find something in this otherwise great stay, but the bed was ‘just ok’, but not ideal. There’s no dishwasher and the toilet paper roll wall holder was loose. Yet again; its’s nitpicking, overall it’s a great place to stay.
