We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment. It was spacious, clean and well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
There is no air conditioning, but a ventilator was provided, which made a big difference and helped us sleep comfortably during the heatwave.
The location was very convenient, just a short walk from the Avenue de Champagne, making it easy to explore the area. Having parking available on the property was also a great advantage.
Check in was easy and straight-forward, and overall we were very happy with our stay.
One thing to keep in mind is that the stairs are quite narrow and steep, so the apartment may not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties.

God placering tæt på byen og handle muligheder. Pæn stor lejlighed med flot køkken. Fin udsigt fra lejligheden på 1. Sal.
Larm fra tog, når vinduerne var åbne. Dette også sent om aftenen/natten. Opgang og område udenfor huset var meget slidt og beskidt.
