Gite Urbain - La Capsule - Parking

The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need for a short stay. It is also conveniently located close to the town centre. The host was responsive and quickly came to solve an issue we reported. We also appreciated the brochure he prepared with information about the village and places worth visiting.

On the downside, the apartment is located next to a busy road, so noise can be an issue. Some of the furniture and décor could use a refresh, especially the sofa. The biggest drawback, however, is the check-in at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM, which feels excessive for a holiday rental, particularly when guests are asked to leave the apartment almost exactly as they found it.

Appartement une chambre spacieux. Joliment decore. Il y fait calme. Cuisine equipee. Salon. Et place de parking. Tres tres bien situe par rapport au centre d'Epernay. A qques minutes de marche.

La place de parking attribue a notre appartement difficilement accessible pour de grandes voitures. Nous avons utilise un parking public gratuit juste a 5 minutes. Donc pas un souci.

The location looks a bit grubby from the outside, but that aside the location is super for the train to Reims and the town is just lovely. The property was nice with a separate bedroom. I really like the fact that we had shutters so we could have the windows open.

It was pretty clean and they make a statement about we as the client need to clean the kitchen. That was fine but they need to do some high dusting in the kitchen and the lampshade in the living room as well as The skirtings, light switches and plug sockets need a good clean and the side tables and fan in the bedroom. The windows were pretty dirty inside and out and the inside of the shutters were really bad.

Chouette appart bien agencé et rénové, propre, simple d'accès, Hôte hyper réactif et très serviable. Place de parking dévolue au logement.
