Het appartement is op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden en champagnehuizen. De inrichting van het appartement, getoond op de foto's, komt overeen met de werkelijkheid. Het is een comfortabel en ruim appartement. Een parkeerplaats (betaald) is op loopafstand (2 minuten) in dezelfde straat.
De ligging aan een drukke tweebaansweg die het centrum ontsluit waardoor er veel verkeer is. Dat veroorzaakt dag en nacht veel geluidsoverlast. Het appartement heeft geen ventilatievoorziening voor frisse lucht of airconditioning. De ramen kunnen door het verkeerslawaai eigenlijk niet geopend blijven. Daardoor wordt het te warm om te slapen. Had het appartement een airconditioning gehad dan hadden wij een veel hogere beoordeling gegeven.
