Alles super!!! Es hat sich angefühlt, als ob man bei Freunden zu Hause übernachtet.
Das Sofabett im Wohnzimmer war zu klein für unsere 2 jugendliche Jungs.

L'accueil de Bruno qui m'a permis de rentrer dans l'appartement dès mon arrivée. L'emplacement, les bords du Doubs sont très beaux et nous sommes tout près de la gare. L'équipement bien fourni.
L'appartement est en bordure de tramway donc si l'on a l'ouïe trop fine, cela peut-être gênant. D'autre part le début d'automne peut être frais et le chauffage collectif de l'immeuble ne démarre pas avant mi-octobre, j'imagine. Donc pour les frileux cela n'est pas très confortable à moins de prévoir un chauffage d'appoint .

- La localisation dans l’hyper centre-ville
- La proximité des stationnements gratuits (moins de 10 min à pied)
- La proximité du parc Micaud, idéal pour les enfants
- L’accueil physique, plus agréable que les boites à clés. Bruno est également un hôte réactif aux messages
- La décoration de l’appartement
- Certains équipements étaient manquants (grille pains, pastilles lave vaisselle, réserve de papier toilettes et sopalin). Mais je reconnais ne pas en avoir fait la demande au cours du séjour.
- La literie et la vaisselle sont propres mais le ménage reste superficiel dans sa globalité
Hormis ces petits points, je recommande cette location

It’s in a soulless postwar apartment block and the host welcome was ok, but communication via the agent’s messaging was slow and no info pack in the property.
Noisy drinkers in the garden opposite one night.
