Besançon is great place to visit and this is a convenient place to base yourself

Good location, 5 mins walking from the centre) and nicely furnished (plenty of old wood), with nice art and a stash of Besançon tourist info

It’s in a soulless postwar apartment block and the host welcome was ok, but communication via the agent’s messaging was slow and no info pack in the property. Noisy drinkers in the garden opposite one night.

Perfect location for family, short or long stay

We were handed the keys on the entrance upon our arrival, the host was prompt in answering us. The apartment is beautifully decorated, has everything it, including many books for all ages (all in French). The location is fantastic, close to the large public parking (quite cheap), with a view over the river and in immediate proximity to restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen, nice beds and decent price.

Rare case I have nothing to state here. Weather? ;)

Un bon séjour à Besançon

L'accueil de Bruno qui m'a permis de rentrer dans l'appartement dès mon arrivée. L'emplacement, les bords du Doubs sont très beaux et nous sommes tout près de la gare. L'équipement bien fourni.

L'appartement est en bordure de tramway donc si l'on a l'ouïe trop fine, cela peut-être gênant. D'autre part le début d'automne peut être frais et le chauffage collectif de l'immeuble ne démarre pas avant mi-octobre, j'imagine. Donc pour les frileux cela n'est pas très confortable à moins de prévoir un chauffage d'appoint .

El apartamento estaba lleno de polvo. Los cajones de la cocina y los utensilios, sucios con restos de comida. Había productos en el frigorífico que se estaban pudriendo. Nos olvidamos el e-book cuando nos fuimos. Escribimos inmediatamente al administrador quien, al cabo de un rato, nos contesto que nos lo enviaría a portes pagados. Pasaron los días y volvimos a pedirle que nos lo enviara. Varias veces, no hubo más respuesta por su parte.

Un bel appartement et une localisation au top !

- La localisation dans l’hyper centre-ville - La proximité des stationnements gratuits (moins de 10 min à pied) - La proximité du parc Micaud, idéal pour les enfants - L’accueil physique, plus agréable que les boites à clés. Bruno est également un hôte réactif aux messages - La décoration de l’appartement

- Certains équipements étaient manquants (grille pains, pastilles lave vaisselle, réserve de papier toilettes et sopalin). Mais je reconnais ne pas en avoir fait la demande au cours du séjour. - La literie et la vaisselle sont propres mais le ménage reste superficiel dans sa globalité Hormis ces petits points, je recommande cette location

Przytulne mieszkanie w samym centrum, z dobrym dojazdem autem. Parking Elisee Cusenier 20 m od drzwi domu. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem.

Zu empfehlen!

Eine sehr gemütliche Wohnung. Sehr bequemes Bett. Angenehm warm, trotz Kälte draußen. Super Lage, Tramstation direkt vor der Tür bzw Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ich war zwei Wochen in der Wohnung und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.
