I loved the communication with the host (support, clear instructions) and the fact that the host let us check in early. The apartment was very well maintaned and very clean. I also loved how close it was to all the main attractions of Durres.
The parking on the street was a bit challenging and the noisy neighbors kept us awake in the early morning hours, all outside of the host's control but worth mentioning. Also one of the bedrooms has a single bed so it's not really suitable for a family of 4 unless children are small, which was our case.
