walk to JR Shibuya sta.-YoYY

Good location, easy 10-15min walk to Roponggi Metro station.

Not a big issue really, but the bathroom floor gets wet from the shower and never actually fully dried so need to take a pair of flip flops, or suffer wet feet.

It’s exactly like the pictures. The only downside is the traffic noise, but if you’re in Japan, you’ll probably be so tired that you won’t hear a thing! The location is also very good.

Easy walk to many things as well as the bus stop right outside the door and train stations within a 15 minutes walk.

The apartment was efficient. is located near a bus stop, not a terrible long walk to subway stations and decently connected to navigate different parts of the city. The price was decent for the location as well. Most everything around it in terms of food is expensive, but it isn't difficult to connect, to shibuya, Hiroo, etc.

The picture shown of the property is deceiving since it is not what we got. Ours was very utilitarian, no artwork, no hand towels, no bath mats, everything in grey and brown. The space is fairly small but we knew that ahead of time. The worst part was the bed, it is very uncomfortable- so much that my hips hurt even with multiple thick covers on top, so if you're sensitive to stiff beds this isn't the place for you. And unfortunately the point of contact was not able to accommodate extra pillows (you get two older not very supportive ones) it's a shame because the place has so much potential. Some art, a better bed (even a mattress topper) some towels, a bath mat, maybe an accent rug? Would turn this place around.
