It was fairly quiet and located near supermarkets. Communication was clear and price reasonable. The washing machine was handy. Air conditioned top and bottom floors which was helpful in a heatwave.
I was very concerned about the steep stairs to the loft. No tea, coffee or milk supplies. It was very challenging to get in with multiple codes and locks. Mattress was thin. No sound proofing as you can hear top floor noise.
