The View Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

The property was perfect for those looking for a quality hotel near Orlando Kart Center. It was clean and the room felt fresh, no dingy smell. Beds and pillows comfy, a/c blew cold. Showers were hot and the room I stayed, had a head board/night tables with easy connections and lighting for reading. Perfect for short stays.

The entrance from the side door parking lot is a little banged up. Locking mechanism doesn’t isn’t the best. Cloth chair had a huge stain on it. The street noise from cars driving at night is pretty loud at night.

This hotel is such a fantastic value, especially if you’re staying for more than a couple of days. We absolutely love the suite layout because it feels like a friendly, apartment-style setup to retreat to, complete with a separate bedroom, a nice sitting room, and a handy little kitchenette. The entire property is clean, very quiet, and the staff here is beyond excellent! While there aren't many on-site amenities and there isn't a whole lot to do in the immediate area, it's Orlando—so you aren't extremely far from the parks, even if you aren't right next door. It makes for a wonderful, budget-friendly home base.

The neighborhood is not scary but kind of industrial vs. the touristy Orlando.

Breakfast being made to order was a nice touch and the hotel inside seemed to have had a recent update.

The bathroom in our room could have been cleaner, we were unable to use the bathroom sink because water never drained after we washed our hands once so we used a sink that was in the bedroom by the coffee machine. The bathroom also did not have a working humidity extractor so when we showered EVERYTHING ended up wet because of condensation which made the floor dangerously slippery and once we opened the bathroom door the entire room got humid as well.
