The hotel is in an excellent location, and is ideal if you need a place that is convenient to local attractions. Being attached to the Florida Mall is nice because you can go shopping during your downtime. My only complaint is that our room had a handicap shower which didn't contain the water in the shower area and the bathroom was a bit moldy.

This hotel was the perfect location for our team to stay to produce an event in the area. The staff were AMAZING!!! They were so helpful and kind, they offered very high customer service. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, the pool is nice and the gym is open 24 hours. Access to the mall was surprisingly awesome, the mall ahs everything including an Apple store and a sushi bar that has the food on conveyer belts which was a fun experience. Highly recommend!

We arrived at 1pm and Natalia accommodated us and gave us the room at the 7th floor. The staff were friendly although the key card doesn't work after one day. We have to have it rekeyed. There's no toothpaste and toothbrush provided however we can ask and I didn't know it until our 3rd day. The staff were friendly and helpful even the cleaners of the room. We didn't have our room cleaned but just asked for new towels, floor mats, and pillow cases. We were able to watch the Artemis rocket launching on the day we arrived from our room. Overall, its a good stay but we were surprised that we will be charge of $115.00 for the charges . it's not included in the room rate which was very deceiving. Agoda must know this as this is not right. Customers must be informed and this has to be disclosed. Otherwise, the charges made by Florida Hotel and Conference Center must stopped as this was not disclosed to us while booking the room.
