    Nice place. Breakfast in cafe needs to.inclide egg and cheese sandwiches before 7A. Be considerate to people who dont eat pork.

    We recommend this hotel specially if you're planning to go early pass to Universal Epic. It's very close and they have a free bus starts at 6:30am for first pick up to Epic. You have early access to go inside Epic before they open at 9am, they will let you in around 7ish if I remember it correctly. The hotel is nice and clean; the hotel staff are very nice and very helpful. Have one problem though we stayed at 5th floor and the room above us was very noisy, heard banging noise, foot stamping noises. First night I can't sleep at all, but I did not call the front desk to complain I was tired. But the 2nd night I can't handle it anymore, so I reported it and they resolve it ASAP! That morning their supervisor ask for follow up regarding the issue told them did not hear anymore and I fell asleep. They gave us a voucher for free breakfast for the inconvenience. Thank you...

    It is just a very basic hotel. The rooms are average maybe on the smaller side, really annoying sensor lights everywhere that kept going off for no reason all night. Sensor alarms that went off in the room for no reason which alerted security. Rooms cleaned every other day so had to request more towels. It's not bad but definitely better places around, obviously great for buses to the park and early admission but if you aren't bothered about that then I would stay somewhere else.
