Loved how close this location was from Universal parks. Very spacious, and nice room but the beds were uncomfortable. Over all it was a great place to stay.

As I mentioned in my message, we were very disappointed in the minimal things you had there to make our stay comfortable- towels, paper towels, salt, pepper, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, etc. it would not take much to make this place amazing. Very disappointed
