Not recommend at all!

Location is not too bad.

A very strong, lingering smell of smoke that won’t dissipate; the previous guest probably left without any cleaning at all. There are no chairs in the room. The shower curtain in the bathroom is extremely dirty.

BEWARE!!! Owner uses shady practices to get more money from you after your stay!

The location was good with services and public transport around. Owner gave us the keys from the apartment personally.

BEWARE! The owner accused us of stealing pillows and demanded money from us (as I read the reviews now, we were not the first case, so beware). I recommend you to pay few more euros and avoid troubles with being falsely reported and accused of being a thief. The apartment was dirty (mainly floors, corners, toilet. etc). But this is not 5* hotel so it was okeish (I would not bring kids there thought). The beds are the cheapest foldable beds from Ikea (Roll Away Bed) with cheapest mattress you can feel the wooden ribs through the mattress. Overall, I think the owner is opportunist and from time to time uses shady practices to get extra money from guests. In our case, he required from us to pay extra 50 euros through Booking after our stay.

Todo muy bien y contento

Me gustó la ubicación del apartamento, tiene conexión con el metro a unos cuantos pasos y desde alli puedes llegar fácilmente a la ciudad de paris. La zona no está tan iluminada de noche pero la vi segura. También me gustó que es privado y lo cómodo que es la cama.

No me gustó que los enchufes no estuvieran cerca a la cama, pero si hay los suficientes para usar. Para abrir la puerta la manija estaba floja,

Sa localisation proche de la station de métro L’accueil d’Alexandre a 12h00 qui m’a permis de déposer mes affaires

Latte du lit cassée, une chaise aux pieds instable, vieux filtre avec café moisi dans cafetière, une seule serviette de bain et absence de crochet dans la salle bain. 2 ampoules HS de la glace de salle de bain, absence de gel douche et de savon douche

Un premier prix du marché à fuir absolument !

L’appartement est bien situé au prix d’appel attractif.

L’appartement situé en rez-de-chaussée d’une résidence donne immédiatement sur la rue, sans voilages, volets ouverts, les passants vous accompagnent à table ou dans la couche. Malheureusement, le ménage n’avait pas été fait et entre les poils et les traces sur les sanitaires dans la douche et au sol, l’ensemble ne respirait pas la propreté. Surtout, l’annonce est mensongère, car aucun lit n’est proposé mais uniquement un canapé clic clac d’appoint au matelas sur fin, lattes cassées et montant affessé, inaccessible !

Se ti adatti è ok per il prezzo.

Attrezzata per cucinare a casa, microonde e induzione, macchina caffè americano e tostapane. Riscaldamento, finestre insonorizzate. Condominio silenzioso. Vari market in zona raggiungibili a piedi. Metro vicinissima per il centro di Parigi.

Polvere ovunque, facilmente depositata anche dopo aver passato scopa e pulito. Lo scarico della doccia si intasava facilmente. La metro, nonostante fosse vicina, se arrivate da Saint Denis dovete scendere a La Fourche e prendere l’altra diramazione. Il letto è un divano letto con cuscini pressoché inesistenti (sono quelli del divano)
