Newly Designed 2BR Apartment In Center-By Wehost

Замечательная квартира, в которой мы с большим удовольствием прожили около недели. В квартире очень чисто, даже мои белые носки остались белыми! Нет посторонних запахов, не прокурено, нет плесени нигде. Очень стильный дизайнерский ремонт, от которого все были в восторге. На кухне есть всё необходимое для приготовления еды. В ванной всегда горячая вода. Есть два огромных гардероба в каждой спальне. Очень удобные кровати. Мы просили хозяйку о дополнительных вешалках, и получили их, спасибо за отзывчивость! Соседи во дворе тоже приветливые. Ночью никто не шумел вокруг, было абсолютно тихо и мы могли отдохнуть. Я очень довольна и очень рекомендую эту квартиру, спасибо вам большое за отличный сервис! P.S. The value for money. The apartment was relatively cheap, its a good, well furnished apartment but the price is less because of the area where it is located. The bed which broke was fixed on the same day. Kitchen and home appliances were decent. The place looked newly refurbished from inside. All basic amenities were provided.

The property had AC in living room and just one bedroom. The second bedroom is without AC. When we turned on the AC in the bedroom, some neighbours started to knock in the middle of the night complaining there was a water/noise issue and we had to turn off the AC. I informed the host and that was not fixed at all during our entire stay of 7 days. The latter part of my stay the weather did become better but this is not what I was promised. My brother slept in the living room because that's where the only working AC was. The bed was wobbly from the first day, by third day it completely went inside. Some nails had come off. But the host got it fixed the same day. There is no way a car can reach the property. There are barriers at the end and start of the road, so if you are coming in a car/taxi you cant drop off the luggage at the property. We had to drag our luggage from the end of the road to the property. There is no microwave. The bathroom is very small. Lastly, on second last day of our stay when we returned to the apartment at around midnight we found that there was no water in the bathroom and kitchen. All taps were dry. I messaged and called the host but no reply. Next morning I knocked at the neighbours doors and found out that its a water supply cut from the municipal. And it will only come back 7 am next day. I still hadn't heard back from the host despite multiple calls and messages. Finally when I heard back I asked for the refund for two nights since there is no water (1 night which I spent without water and 1 future night) and I will leave the apartment ASAP. He only agreed to give me 30% of one night and full refund for last night. Which in my opinion is unfair. If there was water supply cut which we found out on the internet we should have been informed in advance or as soon as it was announced. The money took 18 days to come. I had to message every other day and then finally call booking.com.
