Очень приветливый и доброжелательный хозяин. Отличное расположение - 5-7 мин от метро, несколько мин от набережной. Через дорогу Spar. Горячая вода, стиральная машина, плита и т.п. - все работает/в хорошем состоянии. Есть кондиционер и обогреватель.
Кровать металлическая, немного поскрипывает - иногда можно проснуться ночью.

Очень лëгкий заезд. Прекрасный Хозяин, дружелюбный, всегда на связи и готов помочь по любым вопросам. Хороший дизайн, ремонт, Кухня. Отличная маленькая Библиотека. Расположение просто Супер - в самом начале пешеходного бульварчика с кафешками. Нам очень понравилось 🤍
Будьте готовы к тому, что полы очень холодные в декабре. Хотя есть прекрасные качественные ковры и это спасает :) Я бы повесила на окна тюли в дополнение к плотным шторам, чтобы можно было получать Солнечный Свет, не стесняясь открывать квартиру для взглядов. ( Окна выходят во внутренниЙ дворик. )

The apartment is tiny, but in a great location just at the end of the Marjanashvili walking street. It was quiet and comfortable and had everything we needed. The washing machine was a nice touch. A special thanks to the host for accommodating our family (2 adults, 2 kids) at very short notice and giving us free parking.
Everything was great. Good value for money.
