La ubicación y la atención del personal.
No se aseaban las habitaciones a diario a pesar de que la tarifa detalla un cobro por aseo. Además faltó mayor vigilancia respecto al acceso al recinto (nos tocó ver que dos vagabundos ingesaron al hotel, ocuparon las instalaciones y eso nos generó inseguridad)

La mejor ubicación !!! La habitación amplia y cómoda / baño amplio y con toallas impecables .
Tiene el hotel una piscina divinaaaaaa/
No tener jarra eléctrica dentro de la habitación/ y la llave eléctrica de la entrada fue difícil de entender al principio y el detector de incendio perdía agua .

It was quiet and beautiful
Hair on my bathroom floor, ceiling leaked, the previous guest had food in the refrigerator table and floor could have been cleaned and vacuumed better

Apartment is big and have 2 bathrooms and balcony. Location is great, close to old part of Miami beach and great restaurants.
Bed was very hard. All curtains were broken. To have hot water you need to open it and leave it running for 5m. Apartment was not locked when arrived. Balcony was dirty.
