Очень комфортная небольшая квартира, чистота идеальная. Супер комфортная кровать. Все новое, туалет и душ современные, есть все для душа. В номере чайник, чашки, вода питьевая. Недалеко от аэропорта, такси Яндекс. Рядом супермаркет Магнум, идти минут 7 по срезке за домом. Хотя и прямо во дворе есть магазинчики, аптека и т.п. Со двора видны горы. Заселение быстрое, найти легко, приехала ночью, хозяйка высылает все инструкции.

Очень комфортная квартира, есть все необходимое, хозяйка очень приятная, всегда на связи😍

basically it is a apartment with 2 bedrooms.. the owner is helpful, but the room was wo compact that i could not even kept my 2 suitcases.. i had to keep it outside the bathrooms in th lobby.. you jave everything you need in the apartment, but then location is not convenient..near to airport but not easy access to other spots within the city.. for city centre and places of attractions , you need to take buses which is quite confusing sometimes for route, if you do not know russian plus taxi fare is so high that you end up paying 4$ for one way trip to city.. that makes 8-10$ per day if you opt for taxi . i had stayed at a apartment as well in city centre where i had paid 9$ extra but that was within the walking distance from all attractions.. so considering the location saving 10$ per day being away from city does not make sense.. i spend same money for this city plus more time taken to visit the attractions..

location and pprice as compared to location.. you will get luxury, no doubt , but then i went to visit the country, hence enjoying the luxury was not priority for me.. basic amenities and hygeine was..
