the sleep was not got and the smell was bad and the stairs at the entrance were really scary

Disappointing stay – uncomfortable and misleading listing

The only real positives about Dolce Vita in Mulhouse are its proximity to the city center and the friendly host. Unfortunately, that’s where the advantages end.

The apartment is very small and extremely uncomfortable. The spiral staircase is narrow and quite dangerous. The bedroom has a ceiling window that doesn’t open, meaning there’s no access to fresh air. There’s no air conditioning — even when it’s just 15°C outside, the bedroom remains at 25°C, making it very hard to sleep. The bed is short (only 190 cm) with a poor-quality, uncomfortable mattress. It’s simply not a restful space. There were problems with hot water and the boiler, and the apartment had many spiders. The level of cleanliness was mediocre at best. The listing claims “free parking on site” — in reality, there is no parking at all. You may spend 30 minutes circling nearby streets only to end up parking 20 minutes away on foot. Additionally, the bathroom is poorly designed — the toilet is installed just 20 cm from the sink, making it nearly impossible to sit comfortably. Overall, this apartment is a disaster. Don’t be fooled by the nice photos — in reality, it’s an uncomfortably cramped and poorly equipped place. I cannot recommend it.

What a great place for 2-4 people. Clean and comfortable!

It was clean, and well thought out. Alot of care had been taken to help a memorable visit.

Tricky stairs and a difficult loo! But it wasn’t a problem at all.

Cindy est très réactive et explique bien où se trouve le logement. Logement propre place de parking gratuit dans la rue. Bien équipé et propre. Nous avons passé un super séjour proche de tous les marchés de Noël.
