Poor agency management
There’s a bus station in front of the building.
The dishwasher doesn’t work, and it appears this was known in advance—there’s electrical tape on it, suggesting a prior issue. Despite our repeated texts, attempts to call and leaving the key in the lockbox, they’ve done nothing about it. Instead, we’ve only received automated messages like “Hope you’re settling in” from “Harry.” Automated Harry, you’re a really bad host.

Worst experience I have ever had.
Absolutely nothing. Poorly built. Sterile. Awful bedding and decor. Nothing worked. Unable to open a window due to the faucet of the sink being too tall. Sham construction.
Everything. Mainly the additional contract you had to sign in order to receive access codes. Where they state that if clean dishes are left in the dishwasher upon leaving you will be charged €200. You will also be charged €300 if a stain is left anywhere. Customer service is outsourced to a contractor who has no control over anything. Worst experience I have ever had. I was in the freezing cold outside trying to get in, but was asked to send my passport photos to a random WhatsApp number. Unprofessional. Felt very scammy. I will be watching my credit card statement closely. DONT STAY HERE!

La réservation que j'ai effectuée en novembre 2024 a été annulée à la dernière minute, sans explication claire, et la solution de substitution que l'on m'a proposée n'était pas aussi bien (emplacement, standing, appartement en basement, ...). Néanmoins, l'assistance de Booking a été très pro, l'équipe a fait de son mieux pour me trouver rapidement un logement dans le même quartier, et m'a proposé un discount de 20% à titre d'indemnisation pour le désagrément subi. Au final je n'ai pas passé un mauvais séjour mais je suis déçu de ne pas pouvoir avoir séjourné dans ce studio.
