Stayed in the apartment recently and it was a fantastic experience! 🛋️ The place was clean, cozy, and perfectly located. Host was super helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend and stay again! 😊

1. Check in was a hassle. No contact from the host at all prior to our arrival. When we arrived I called the number available in the booking but the guy barely pick up & when he did he asked us to check in with the guards but after doing so, we still had to wait for 'someone' to check us in. I thought we will be given the keys etc. Ended up waited for some time and my kids already tired and crying. I called the number again to ask, apparently he is the one supposed to check us in. After the second call we had to wait for him again. Why didn't he just come and check us in after the first call and make us keep waiting?
2. Only 1 towel available. I contacted the number again to ask for 4 towels and he said he is coming right up. Waited for 20 minutes and when I texted him again he said he forgot and is sending now. Had to wait some more just for the towels.
3. The apartment is just dirty, from the first time I stepped on the floor I already feel its so dusty like no one cleaned it for weeks. Don't get me started with the sofa. It's nothing like the pictures. It's just filthy with some ciggs burn marks some more.
The only thing making me keep staying there is its nonrefundable and I chose the place mostly for its location. Why didn't I complain to the stuff and ask them to clean the apartment? Because if he is already showing his incompetence from the first day, why bother?
