This is not my first time at this property... I am a returning guest for the 3rd time... that speaks about this property! :), All the commercial activities are around this property.. Jalan Alor (food Street) is 10 min walk...
You have to check for the apartment first before taking it as the team might give you a smaller apartment, which happened to me!, later they changed !

Very spacious unit with dining and seating area and two en suite bedrooms.
Good showers.
Small bedroom had no windows and smelled of cigarette smoke. Fan/ air con not very efficient.
Vey little in the way of cooking/ eating utensils or cleaning products.
