Good building facilities, such as gym and pool, good location, Responsive host, tidy room.
Room amenities not sufficient, only shower gel, no shampoo, smelly towels, room was smaller than expected, the queen bed was two singles combined together which was disappointing, aircon a bit hard to turn on and off, no drinking water (which provided by the host the third day of our stay), noise of monorail passing by every 5 minutes. We booked for 3 nights, but decided to extend to stay in the same place rather than moving because it’s easier for my elderly mother.

Perfekte Lage in Bukit Bintang, sauber und toller Blick in der 44 Etage. 2 Doppelbetten, gemütliche Betten. Gute Ausstattung und heißes Wasser. Würde ich wieder buchen als Familie! Toller Pool!
Kommunikation lief zäh. Ich bat tagelang und mehrfach um Daten für das Self Check in und bekam sie erst am Abend des Check In selbst. Hier ist Verbesserung möglich, damit der Gast sich sicher und gut aufgehoben fühlt, war bei anderen Unterkünften sehr viel besser. Aber sehr freundlich am Telefon. Late Check In damit sehr gut möglich.
