The location is the important factor. Then comes the view from South Tower block. Can see the skyline and the city rumbling from the big windows. Then, the ease of access to the room. All you require is a QR Code for entry and exit. Finally, the security at the entrance, the swimming pool and gym are added conveniences.
Some of the furniture and wardrobes are getting old. They need proper repair and maintenance.

Location Closed to Jalan Alor and surrounding
non standart in many ways. they are using recycle handwash bottle to fill body shower and hair shampoo, which i have to ask the staff which one for the purpose. No toiletries. Broken toilet bowl, so disgusting everytime thinking about that. Broken old kitchen & shower tap. No detergent for wash laundry. Walk-in wardrobe is old and lot stain.
