Check In ist nur über WhatsApp möglich, Erst dann bekommt man den QR Code, der zum Betreten des Gebäudes ausnahmslos erforderlich ist. Wird im Vorfeld nicht deutlich genug kommuniziert. Securitypersonal am Eingang jedoch sehr hilfsbereit, so dass dieses Problem nach wenigen Minuten auch Dank prompter Reaktion des Vermieters behoben werden konnte. Tipp: Handyakku niemals leer werden lassen, sonst kein Zutritt möglich!

The location was Excellent. The floor I was on and the side of the hotel has excellent views. The pool and facilities and the view from the pool was excellent.

You had to use a QR code on your phone all the time to get in and out and to use the lifts. Fine unless your phone ran out of power. Trying to get the initial contact to get the room key was a bit troublesome as I wasn't familiar with whatapp, which is how this apartment check-in was administered.

non standart in many ways. they are using recycle handwash bottle to fill body shower and hair shampoo, which i have to ask the staff which one for the purpose. No toiletries. Broken toilet bowl, so disgusting everytime thinking about that. Broken old kitchen & shower tap. No detergent for wash laundry. Walk-in wardrobe is old and lot stain.
