Fantastic spot—just a short, easy walk to the city center and Jalan Alor Food Street.

Cleaning can be improved. Bugs were found on tables. There is only one bath wash provided. No Shampoo, conditioner, or hand wash provided at all. You have to insert the key card to the wall switch to turn on the electricity but there is only on provided. Key card is mandatory for entering gates and elevators which means the whole group has to go togther or the people in the room will have no electrictiy. RM50 deposit is charged to request the 2nd card but that card has no access to elevator and gates, which still means the whole group has to go together and cna't have separate itinerary.

The place is easy to locate, but the owner only provided one access card. This becomes very inconvenient when one of my family members needs to go downstairs, because they have to remove the card, leaving the rest of us inside in the dark.

Water heater need to replace new Acess card only have 1 if stay with children hard to go carpark and swimming pool
