We stayed for five nights in the North Tower and had a great experience. The self check-in process was very straightforward, with clear instructions, and the host was very communicative throughout our stay, although we didn’t need to contact them for anything. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed, including laundry facilities. It was also stocked with plenty of bottled water, which was a nice bonus. The air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom was excellent, the smart TV already had Netflix logged in, and the bathroom was large with great water pressure. We made use of the gym, and while we didn’t get around to using them, the pool and sauna also looked fantastic. The location was really convenient. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Chinatown and Jalan Alor, with KLCC and the park also within easy reach. We often walked but also used Grab, which was incredibly convenient as cars can enter the gated complex for easy pick-up and drop-off. We also ordered food through Grab once, and the designated food collection area made the whole process very simple. We’d highly recommend staying here!

It was a wonderful stay, excellent and accommodating host, very easy to communicate. Everything in this apartment was great, very neat, tidy, organized and thoughtfully furnished with all that you will need for your stay. Would love to come back to this apartment next time in KL.

A spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. It is exactly as pictures, the bed is v comfy. The washing machine is so handy. There is security for the building and easy to use the pool. Handy shops near by and centrally located. One of the night markets is 10 min walk away.

Nothing - the front door on locking from the inside was sometimes a bit shaky so watch out for that.
