Casa Residency Condominium Apartment is an excellent place to stay, easily a 10/10 experience. The host is friendly, responsive. One of the highlights is the infinity pool, offering a view of Merdeka 118. The location is another major advantage. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and most essentials are within walking distance. Jalan Alor food street is just a short walk away, making it very convenient to explore a wide variety of local food options. Overall, everything you need is easily accessible on foot, and the combination of comfort, location, and amenities makes it highly recommended for families.

1)near bukit bintang,my room view is 2nd tallest building in the world,night view is exceptional beauty.2)if u arrive earlier than checktime,there is bag storage for safe keeping then u can walk freely.3)staff service is tiptop and polite,fast reply.gate security also strict.4)easy to get ehailing.5)nearest food rest all 98% is delicious such as murni discovery.6)their pool OMG has the astonishing view when u go swim in the night,they have sauna too.7)the homestay is quite spacious,can fit 1 family group around 6-8.their sofa is big enough for 2 ppl,u can ask for xtra bed and they provide many pillows.8)they provide parking if u have car or visitor,rm10/day 😅 9.working waterheated in masterroom.10)AC is working n cold

1)the mattres quite soft.2)hairdryer not working luckily i have my own🤣 3)the google tv remote button some of it not fuctioning but bcoz i need night entertainment before sleep,i choose to buy n delivered the new remote for rm27😌

Location is good. There are lots of good restaurants and convenient stores close to the property. Also china town and lalaport shopping mall is just walking distance. Mardeka 118 is very close to the property

Cleanliness. Bed cover was not clean, room was old. Water pressure at washroom was not perfect. Lots of Cigarette filters were found at balcony. Balcony was not clean at all. Kitchen items were very poor and unclean.
