Apartment at Robertson by Wgshomestay

The property was really nice and generally comfortable for 4 people, the location is great, a 15 min walk gets you right into the centre, the nearby shops and restaurants are great. The haze was quite thick when we were there but the views were still enjoyable. The facilities available are a great perk but there is a notable restriction with accessing these. Arshi was a great host and responsive, he provided a space (with a charge) for us to leave some luggage on the day we checked out which was helpful.

The number of passes you're provided with is too little. For 2 people, one pass is likely enough but for 4 people it's horribly restrictive and disruptive to the holiday, using the apartment and facilities. Without the pass you can't get in or out, you can't use the elevator, access the facilities, or lock the door. Unless everyone is fully aligned with the activities, it's time consuming and difficult to use this apartment, 1 or 2 people can't go swimming without being let back in or taking the pass, forcing others to not be able to move around freely etc. This issue was so great that I'd rather rate this as a 6 to reflect how annoying this problem was but that feels unfair as the overall stay and everything else was good and it could be less of an issue for other/ smaller groups.

Semuanya berbaloi. Pengurus pun sentiasa memberi kerjasama. Rekemen.

Lokasi senang cari. Lift cepat dan bersih. Tidak bersesak masuk sebab ada 4 pintu. Senang citer macam balik ke rumah sendiri. Hah gitu!!!

Good place & good environment Will come again next time

It would be great if, in the future, the towels could be neatly folded and arranged, and a cloth for wiping the table could also be provided.

Lumayan dekat dan lebih murah dari yg diseputaran bukit bintang , chek out dan chek in fleksibel

Pembuangan kamar mandi tidak lancar
