2 Brickground Broads getaway for the whole family

Beautiful property in a superb location. Could happily live there! Lovely garden with plenty of space for some lawn games. More than enough seating when enjoying the BBQ - which was very welcome and worked great. Quiet in the evenings, lots of wildlife around. Only a short trip to plenty of great locations along the coast. House was exactly as expected, very spacious. We appreciated the generous welcome pack. No shortage of loos. 2 showers. Kitchen well equipped for cooking in the evenings. Nice big dining table and loads of chairs. Had a great holiday, thank you!

I liked the fact that the house was big enough for all of my family without being on top of one another. All of the bedrooms were a good size as well. Beds and bedding were comfy , the towels were good quaility as well.

The settee's were not very comfy to sit on , i felt the living room could have done with a mirror or a couple of pictures as it was very bland and felt unloved but on the whole we all had a great time .

Very good location for things to do in Norfolk and very quiet. Spacious. Wifi was fine throughout. Heating is very good on the ground floor, and controller is easy to use. Log burner worked well. Good screens on stairs for liitle kids. Good BBQ but too chilly to use it.

Overall impression is dated and tired. Only 2 keys to the property, which is no good for what we intended which was 3 groups within the family. Door handles and Locks were rusty so I got the WD 40 out and solved that. Decor is tired, esp the kitchen. No hoover for quick tidy up. The radiators upstairs did not come on so we have a toasty downstairs and arctic bedrooms. Some of the matresses are bouncy and noisy - poor. Settees in lounge are old and not comfortable. TV service is poor - no SKY or Netflix - can't even get HD programmes and that felt cheapskate. Not a great range of kitchen crockery etc for the max complement - eg 3 tumblers. Needs a big rubbish bin in the kitchen.
