L'appartement est grand, confortable, joliment décoré, bien aménagé et super bien équipé, nous étions vraiment contents d'y rentrer le soir avec mon fils ! Il se trouve dans une rue piétonne avec plein de sympathiques commerces de proximité. Chamalières est idéale comme emplacement, à moins de 10min en voiture de Clermont-Ferrand, 20min de Vulcania, Lemptegy, le Panoramique des Dômes... Il y a également un Auchan à 5min en voiture et un carrefour city accessible à pied pour faire ses courses.
Si je devais citer un point négatif, c'est le bruit fait par les salariés du commerce du RDC avec qui on partage la cour, à partir de 5h30 du matin.. Mais j'ai un sommeil vraiment léger, mon fils, lui, n'a jamais été dérangé.

La propreté est impeccable, l’appartement est très bien équipé notamment la cuisine. La clim est un vrai plus pour l’été. Les instructions étaient claires pour l’arrivée au logement.

En plein centre de Chamalières, mais très au calme, bien insonorisé, bien équipé, propreté impeccable ! Franchement difficile de trouver mieux !
Cela n'a rien à voir avec le logement, mais le parking juste à côté est utilisé pour le marché, attention à ne pas y laisser sa voiture les mauvais jours.
