The Place is located in a very quiet place, but in 5 min with Tuktuk you are in the north cliff, the busy area.
You see birds in the fields, sleep in the sound of crickets, and 1 min walking to the beach
I love my stay there, the young man that take care is very friendly and helpful.
I spend time with the others staying there. Fehlt like a Little Family :)
The kitchen could be a bit better and cleaner.

Ruime basic kamer met fijn balkon met uitzicht over de rijstvelden. De ligging is prima. Een stukje van het strand, maar toch alles op loopafstand. Fijn dat er een waterkoker staat. Badkamer is eenvoudig, maar ruim en een goede souche met warm water.
Het pand ligt niet meer zo vrij als op de foto’s op Booking. Er direct rechts naast wordt een nieuw hotel gebouwd. Daar hadden we overigens weinig overlast van. De prijs vinden we vrij hoog voor wat je krijgt.

Villa en un entorno ideal a solo un minuto a pie de la playa. Habitación espaciosa con una cama confortable y un baño grande. El entorno es lo mejor, no hay ruido. El responsable de la Villa siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Me quedé dos días por su tranquilidad. El desayuno es ofrecido en otro sito justo al lado y es vegano.
Lo único que para encontrarlo la primera vez es un poco difícil. En mi caso, me quedé en un sitio cerca, llamé y en dos minutos me vinieron a buscar. Yo iba en moto, así que ningún problema.

It has a lovely view across the paddy field which is a nice spot to watch the birds and wild life. Richu, the man that manages the property is very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom are big and the bed comfortable. The breakfast is served in the resort next door and was nice.
They are building apartments next door. It was very noisy and you could not relax. It created a lot of dust. It is also under new management so previous reviews are no longer valid. The facilities are not as mentioned in the property listing. The view now is not as advertised due to the building works.
