Stayed here by default as it was one of the last property available for New Year for late booking.
Location is perfect 2mins walk from the cliff, black sand beach and all the good restaurants. Rooms are good enough. Staff was helpful and present. Price is OKish, though was bumped up and too expensive for NYE specifically.
Weak wifi if you're not staying in a room near the reception. No hot water for the shower. Lack some bonus stuff (shampoo, kettle, tea/coffee...) that would be nice to have. Some bothersome noise sometimes in the evening or morning, too (some pump or work being done?). Also the towels and blankets were not the best quality...

We were a group of 7 people and the stay was clean and good , the location is near to the main beach. In short the stay is worth it for its price if you are looking for budget stay and are okay with compromising with beach-side views. For us we were out all day so we didn't need the beach side view.
The parking space is little less , we brought an XUV700. We were able to park it but the road is also narrow (only one generic vehicle can pass through at a time).

The hotel's location is prime and very very close to cliff and black beach. I was overblown by the cleanliness of my room and washrooms. I had a non ac room and they gave me a room with beach view which was very nice. Rooms size is very large for 2 adult people. I finally give my thanks to the hotel staff who were very friendly for this wonderful stay.
