Absolutely everything! The apartment is exactly how it looks like on website. We have a comfortable 2 night stay here. The staff went beyond to accommodate our initial late arrival and suggested us some restaurants (which turned out to be our favourites in Florence!)

Nothing but perhaps the noise from street which is unavoidable for this kind of houses next to the street. We have no complaints!

The apartment was much bigger than expected!

There was some noise from outside at night, but typically stopped a little after 11pm.
