Four Seasons Duomo's Love Nest

Very clean , luxurious and super spacious.

Location and size of unit.

No one there to check you in. Difficult to find the property and difficult to enter unit. Wi-Fi never worked.

Location was amazing!

Did have some noise at night.

We had reached out many times to ask about early checking but did not get any response until we were already in town. The owner was kind enough to allow us to drop our bags early while they were doing some work. Unfortunately the work was not done in time for the designated check-in time. We opted to go into our rooms while a worker had the door removed and was painting and repairing. We took naps and when we woke up he had left tools, trash and items all over as well as leaving the door completely wide open! We contacted The owner who said he would send someone to clean. by this time it was almost two hours past check-in. We should not have had to ask to have the room cleaned for us! When we got back from our museum trip we could not open the door because the paint had dried it shut. We had to fight for almost ten minutes to shove the door open with the weight of two adults with no light in the hall and no air. Then when I went to take a shower the window curtain didn’t close. The apartment overlooks the Duomo square and the window of the shower would have let EVERYONE see. The owner said they’d come by the next day to fix it so for the night we were unable to use one of the bathrooms. Then when they came to fix in the morning they burst in without knocking or warning us they were coming, and woke my whole family up. It turned out there was an outside shutter that would have given us privacy but unfortunately the language barrier got in our way and we didn’t understand what the owner had been telling us. The next problem was the card with the WiFi instructions was totally wrong and we had to contact the owner to get on WiFi. Then it only worked one night and wouldn’t connect the rest of the visit. We ended up having to pay $100 for our phones to work. The rest of the stay was great but that first 24 hours and the lack of WiFi really left a bad taste in our mouths. We loved the rooms and the location but would not stay again.
