No one there to check you in. Difficult to find the property and difficult to enter unit. Wi-Fi never worked.

My kids and I stayed at Four Season’s Duomo’s Best View” November 2025, and it was truly one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The location could not be more perfect you are literally steps from the Duomo, and the view from the room is absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the cathedral right outside my window felt magical every single day. The room was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. You can tell the staff takes great pride in keeping everything perfect. From check-in to check-out, every interaction with the team was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They made me feel cared for throughout my stay. I also loved how easy it was to walk everywhere restaurants, museums, shopping all right outside the door. It made exploring Florence effortless and enjoyable. The cafe Dini across the street became our favorite spot for a quick bite, coffee early in the morning or sweet tooth at any time of day! If you’re coming to Florence and want a stay that feels luxurious, central, and unforgettable, this place is a must. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
