Pure scam and agressive owner, I’ve been insulted on my first night in Indonesia. The pictures are far from the reality!
Nothing, total scam
I arrived at 4pm and no one was there to check me in. I waited an hour and a half and the host sent a friend who couldn’t communicate in English. After all the wait and discovering the pool was full of trash and that there are construction going on I asked for a room upstairs where I would avoid the construction a little. He first lied saying it was fully booked, then accepted. The toilets had urine on it and had definitely not been cleaned. You wouldn’t believe the answers to these complaints I had by the owner who has been agressive and tried calling me several times with another number on a disappearing chat on WhatsApp. Very bad experience! Felt totally unsafe for a solo traveler.

Lovely place to stay
The residence as well as the rooms are identical to the pictures shown on booking, the room is really comfortable and contains all necessary equipment. Also, there is a balcony from which you can contemplate the natural surroundings as the residence is nestled in the middle of fields but still very well located (15mins away from Sanur / 10 mins from Kuta). The staff are really welcoming and helpful, they literally do their best to make you feel at home. In a nutshell, I recommend this place 100%!!!

Kalau memang ingin yg lebih dekat dengan pusat kita, lokasinya cukup jauh. Tapi cocok buat yg mau balik, lebih deket ke airport
