The instructions sent by the host were super clear and the apartment very accessible

I suppose the building itself could have been nicer, but honestly it's nicer than other buildings I've stayed in in the city and it still feels safe.

Close to everything

The apartment was centrally located with great access to the area. The view from the balcony was stunning and the facilities was great. Owner couldn't be more facilitating and made our stay as easy as possible

There was a slight issue with the lift on one of the days but this is out of the control of the apartment and is more down to the building

Arrival instructions were second to none - used videos to show us exactly where to go and what to do. and answered all our questions promptly. We were blown away by the location - literally minutes from Skanderberg Square and on a high floor which was relatively quiet. We came by bus 8A from the Eastern Bus Station to Dollari stop, 3 minutes from the apartment (40 LEK). The apartment is furnished to a very high standard, very comfortable mattress and the sheets were lovely. We took advantage of the washing machine and ironing facilities. We couldn’t make the TV in the lounge work, but Ergys sent his son round to try to fix it and the second TV (!) in the bedroom worked fine.

Nothing at all. We recommend this wholeheartedly.
