The location is very central (altough looks a bit sketchy at first), everything was clean, the bathroom was spacious and light, power outlets right next to bed, the performance is very good for the price
The sound isolation is not the best, bed is a bit squeaky, bathroom could use a paint job, but only cosmetic issues

It was clean
The bed was very uncomfortable it cracks every time you move, and the shower wasn't working I have to take an ice-cold shower every single day, the bathroom lights were flickering, the Wif was on and off
