Syncron is very centrally located, making it ideal for tourists who are not in Tirana for too long. The place was a bit hard to find, but their customer support was very helpful (even picked up my phone at midnight to guide us). The room and the bathroom were nice, good enough for two people. You also get access to a terrace, which has very nice views of the city. The check-in and check-out processes were also very seamless, making it easier to arrive and leave at any time of the day or night.
The only thing we didn't love was that there is no door/curtain for the shower, so the entire bathroom gets wet. They did provide a mop, though.

Centrally located apartment, walkable to Skandenberg Square and other landmarks. Lovely, well-appointed room, with useful kitchenette, decent sized wet room with hot shower. Bed was comfortable. Having air-conditioning was a bonus. Good communication with staff.
Due to it's central location, there is a little bit of street noise. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

it looks better on the pics then in reality to be honest.
it's a quite small room, and looks older then in the photos.
the area is quite hidden, there is no elevator, the busking looks very old.
netflix tv didn't work at all.
but its kind of central, and it was clean, communication with the person also went smooth and very well.
