Property was incredibly convenient and centralized. Host Arthur was top-notch, very communicative and extremely helpful. Air conditioning in each room was really nice and strong. Very comfortable for family of 5.
“Spiranca” is not a “fancy” place, but it is solid and very serviceable.

L'appartamento è stato in parte ammodernato ed è dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno anche lungo. La posizione è decisamente vincente. Facilissimo il check in, anche grazie al proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo.
Alcuni dettagli sono da migliorare: infissi e tapparelle sono da rifare (anche per il rumore) e anche la cucina è migliorabile.

Great host and location! Apartment is all that you need.
Many offerings in the apartment did not work. There was a lot of stuff left everywhere, but not appropriate for paying guests. Only one Aircon worked.
