casa carina con cortile anteriore e giardinetto posteriore,molto accogliente non troppo piccola ne grande, molto ben recintata per chi porta un gatto domestico come me può stare abbastanza tranquillo, vicino a Portoferraio e porticciolo di san Giovanni, molte strutture per mangiare la sera e supermercati prr chi soffre il caldo ce da dire che ce un solo condizionatore sul corridoio..dispone di 2 stanze molto carine e due comodi bagni salotto veranda e cucina con fornelli a induzione .tutto come da foto su booking
non si può disdire e una volta prenotato se si cambiano le date o si vuole accorciare si paga sempre come la prima prenotazione..ma quello ce scritto in anticipo

Gli spazi della casa, la posizione, il giardino privato, Ottimo per chi ha animali o bimbi letti comodi
Struttura un po' vecchiotta andrebbe rinfrescata completamente. Manca qualche oggetto per la casa e pulizia tipo un secchio con un mocio, un tagliere forbici cose basiche che deve avere una casa
