La posizione. Il bar per la colazione. Il market che vende articoli per il mare.
La struttura è un po’ old fashion e avrebbe bisogno di un ammodernamento.

Sehr gute Lage, Strand und viele Restaurants in Gehdistanz.
Küchenseife und Küchentücher waren nicht vorhanden, das wäre praktiach gewesen. Sehr hellhörig.

La struttura e ben posizionata sì raggiungono a piede le spiagge vicino al residence. Lo staff mai visti perché tutto funziona on line dalla prenotazione al check-in con la fornitura via whatsapp con le istruzione per la keybox per la consegna della chiave e il telecomando per la sbarra del parcheggio. Bar e minimarket scendendo dal residence. L appartamento molto carino e grande perché abbiamo scelto con terrazza camera matrimoniale grande con bagno in stanza con doccia, salotto/cucina con un piccolo terrazzo e un secondo bagno con doccia. Appartamento posizionato al primo piano senza ascensore. La pulizia non era il top ho trovato sporco in tutte le stanze quindi ho pulito prima di fare i letti lenzuoli fornite dalla struttura. Danno la disposizione di usare il piano cottura ma senza detersivi o altri per lavare ho speso per il sapone lavapiatti 5€ per due volte che ho utilizzato il piano cottura ma va bene così all isola d Elba e tutto caro. Apparte questo il soggiorno e' stato molto piacevole sicuramente ritorneremo e lo consiglio.
